If you are using an iPhone, all of the OS upgrades is wonking out the “allow always” feature of location tracking. Do these things to fix it.
- use SEND REPORT and send your data in spreadsheet form to your email Send from Jan 1, 202x to current date. This is a backup, just in case
- Delete the app from your phone
- Go to the App Store and reinstall the app. If you are using iCloud backup, the app will restore your data automatically. If you are not… you have your spreadsheet backup of your data for reporting purposes.
